32Red PLC is a British company licensed and regulated by the Government of Gibraltar. They were founded in 2000 by former Ladbrokes executive Ed Ware, and listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) in 2005. They offer over 350 casino games, including poker, blackjack and roulette. The voice of 32Red's online casino is provided by British actress Patsy Kensit.

Microgaming provides the software for many of the platforms on 32Red. 32Red Sports Betting is powered by Global Betting Exchange who also power Betdaq and BetChronicle.

32Red were the sponsors of Aston Villa F.C. between 2006 and 2008 and in 2009 they entered into a sponsorship deal with Swansea City F.C.

32Red PLC acquired BetDirect from Sportech PLC in June 2006 for £12.5m, but after an unusual high number of favourites winning in horse races, 32Red PLC entered into financial difficulties. They were in talks with Royal Bank of Scotland after breaching a £6m banking covenant in January 2007. They sold their Betdirect business to Stan James in December 2007 for £5.75m after reporting losses which were blamed on the poor performance of Betdirect. Boylesports had considered bidding for Betdirect but ruled themselves out in October 2007 after speculation of a bid being considered of £10m.

In October 2010 32Red PLC launched a dispute with WilliamHill over the use of 32Vegas, objecting to their use of the 32Vegas brand. Subsequently WilliamHill renamed 32Vegas as 21Nova as the court deemed that William Hill had infringed the 32Red trademark. Immediately after the removal of WilliamHill’s 32Vegas, the luck at 32Red appeared to change as they saw their share price increase immediately by 18%.

Dash Casino and 32Red are part of the 32Red Plc group of companies. Nedplay and Golden Lounge Casino were acquired by 32Red is 2010.
