All players have to do is subscribe to Betfair through our website, complete the claim form below and wager £75. After completing these simple steps players can simply wait to receive their first instalment of £15 from us. Once players have wagered over £1,000 they will be eligible for a further pay-out of £5.

Once players have met the £75 wager requirement we will send out an email to confirm that they have secured their first instalment of £15. This will then be paid out in the first week of the following month. Players who go on to wager £1,000 will receive an immediate payment of £20 rather than having to wait for the £15 payment.

Only claimants who have wagered in excess of £75 on sports are eligible for a cash back payment. If a claimant lays £50 on a £5 stake, it is the £5 stake which is taken into consideration and not the £50 lay amount.

For this reason we must ensure that if you are making a claim for cash back, we do everything that we can to ensure that your subscription is tracked back to us. After all, if we don’t receive our commission we are unable to pass this onto you and your claim will be unsuccessful. Simply follow these steps and you should be fine:

Without realising you may already have cookies stored on your computer from another website which tracks you to Betfair. If you subscribe to Betfair through our site you may still be tracked to the first website which you visited. It will therefore be that website that receives commission from your subscription. To ensure that we get paid the commission to pass onto you, we recommend that you delete all of the cookies which are stored onto your computer. This is easy to do and takes less than a minute. If you are unsure there is plenty of guidance on Google.

Take a note of the date and time of your subscription. You will be required to enter this information as accurately as you can into the Cash Back Claim Form. This helps us to accurately locate you on our Betfair account and it helps us to filter out bogus claims.

Your claim will only be tracked if you are directed to Betfair from our website. Therefore you must subscribe through a live Betfair banner on our site or a direct Betfair link in order to be tracked to us.

On very rare occasions difficulties may occur where we are unable to trace your claim. This is a very rare occurrence but if we are unable to locate your claim we will make every effort to establish the cause. If we are unsuccessful you are welcome (and we recommend) to contact Betfair and request information of which website you are affiliated to. It may be that you are affiliated to another website that will also provide you with cash back. We will always be as helpful as possible in resolving any issues. If the gambling provider confirms that you are affiliated to our website we are obliged to liaise with the provider to locate your subscription on our account with them and we will honour your payment.

Unfortunately, on rare occasions we receive false claims, this means that we cannot always contact Betfair on your behalf. We will usually recommend that if issues arise we will only liaise with Betfair once you have contacted them yourself. Please submit your claim form within seven days of your subscription. Although in most circumstances we may still honour subscriptions after this period we reserve the rite to decline the cash back request.

We will issue your payment within seven days of receiving our commission from Betfair. Please note that we receive our commission on the last day of the following month. For example, if you meet the £75 wager requirement on any date between 1st June and 30th June we will receive our payment on 31st July. We will then issue payments for all successful claims made throughout the month of June. This payment will be issued on or before 7th August. For those who meet the wager requirement after 31st June, the claim will carry over to the following month.

Claimants must complete their wager requirement within 2 months of their subscription. Wager requirements that are met after this period will not be eligible for a payment.

We have held a partnership with Betfair since April 2010 and have been issuing cashback from this date. It has been a pleasurable and uncomplicated relationship. However if Betfiar choose to refuse us payments we will be unable to process any claims that are lost.
