SportingBet Acquire Danbook and Scandic.
SportingBet issued a Press Release on 31st January 2012 announcing that they have completed the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Danbook Limited ("Danbook") and Scandic Bookmakers Limited ("Scandic") for a total consideration worth £8.5m. This will strengthen SportningBet’s presence in Denmark where both of these gaming providers are focused.
